Terrible customer service. 3 weeks and they still haven't responded to an email they asked me to send them. Who had 3 weeks to wait to get brake repair... Took care of the repair myself.

After seeing your review, we looked into what happened and found that your email was unfortunately filtered into our spam folder, so our team never saw it and we could not help you. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were trying to get a brake repair taken care of. Ray and his team at Carmel Autmotive did an excellent job repairing my Model X refrigeration issue. They were very quick in getting the repair completed and kept me updated on the timeline. The cost was much cheaper than the Tesla dealers. I very highly recommend their service. A very classy operation.
